Emergency deployment

When you need a Mac now, we deploy it.

Urgent requests for remote access to dedicated Mac hardware, for development teams, government agencies, and emergency services. Units are hosted at Mac Depot and accessed remotely over SSH or remote desktop. To request a deployment, contact us.

For development teams

Need a sold-out Mac mini?

Emergency deployment for a Mac mini

Commit to three months and pay for three months up front. We purchase a new unit and have it provisioned for remote access within 48 hours. After three months, continue month-to-month or cancel.

For government and emergency services

Local, state, and federal agencies, hospitals, fire stations, and other emergency services.

  • Any normally stocked unit

Request remote access to any of our normally stocked units, even when they're out of stock.

  • At any time

Submit a request whenever you need remote access to the hardware.

  • Three months of service

Payment equals three months of that unit's normal service. Some emergencies may qualify for no payment.

No-cost deployments

Available in qualifying emergencies.

  • Budgetary restrictions

Deployment may be provided at no cost when funding limits prevent timely payment.

  • Approval timelines

Deployment may be provided at no cost when standard spend approval would delay a critical response.

Eligibility is reviewed for each request. No-cost deployment is not guaranteed.
